About
I’m a lawyer practicing in Boston, MA. I’ll mostly be writing about life as a lawyer, juggling my professional and personal lives, and my interests: literature, writing, film, technology.
I’m married to a wonderful woman (who is emphatically NOT a lawyer), pushing 30, and not particularly religious despite (because of?) my Catholic upbringing. I live in Watertown, MA — we just moved to a new apartment. You’ll probably learn all sorts of other stuff about me as I keep pushing electrons into the void. I’m not big on disclosing real names or anything, but people who know me will probably be able to connect the dots. That’s fine; anonymity on the Internet is so 1997 anyway.
Everything I say here is my own opinion, and not one single bit of it should be construed as legal advice. I’m not your lawyer and you’re not my client; unless, of course, we’ve worked out such an arrangement in meatspace. Nothing I say here should be attributed to my employer, either.
